Me, Mom, Dad, Liam and Ander have been getting ice cream every night. We've been walking to different places everywhere. My favorite flavor so far is coconut. It's so delicious!!!

Good stuff! Yeah, gelato is not ice cream. It's more like a sherbert or sorbet. Anyway, I learned this from Francimar, who is 10x the "foodie" and 100x the "ice cream fanatic" than I am.

Hi Ellie, please don't listen to John. Yes, I do love ice cream, but I never told him that gelato was like sorbet or sherbert (to say that is sacrilegious!). I don't know who did, but what I do know about gelato is that is has less air in it that regular ice cream because of how they freeze it. I'm gonna have to talk to John and again...and this time will make sure he listens! :)

I saw a sign that said fruit gelatto is 100 calories & milk (including chocolate & tiramisu flavors, right?) is 195 calories. Do they calculate calories differently here? Or, maybe that's the calorie count for one taste.
